The NESCO FD-75A Food and Jerky Dehydrator is the perfect solution for quickly drying fruit, vegetables, and jerky in just a matter of hours. With a patented Converga-Flow drying system, this unit ensures that air is forced down the exterior pressurized chamber and then horizontally across each individual tray, converging in the center for fast and even drying. This unique system prevents flavors from mixing and eliminates the need for tray rotation. The top-mounted fan eliminates the concern of liquids dripping into the heater chamber, while an opaque Vita-Save exterior protects against harmful lights, preserving the food's nutrients and vitamins during the drying process.

Featuring an adjustable thermostat ranging from 95 to 160 degrees F and 600 watts of power, this dehydrator offers the flexibility necessary to achieve excellent results. The unit comes with five trays included, but can be expanded to 12 trays (additional trays sold separately) for drying larger quantities. Accessories such as two fruit roll sheets, two Clean-A-Screen flexible screens, and three original jerky spice packets are included, making it easy to dry a variety of items like soups, sauces, herbs, spices, and jerky. Additionally, a 52-page recipe and instruction book is provided for added convenience.
