The NESCO FD-80 Food and Jerky Dehydrator is the perfect appliance for creating delicious jerky, as well as drying your favorite herbs, fruits, and vegetables. With an adjustable temperature control ranging from 95°F to 160°F, you can easily achieve optimal results for a variety of foods that require different temperature settings. This dehydrator comes equipped with four square trays measuring 14.5” x 14.5”, but can be expanded to accommodate up to 8 trays for drying larger quantities with no need for tray rotation. Additional Add-A-Trays are available for purchase separately.

The efficient Converga-Flow fan in this dehydrator operates quietly and distributes heated air down the pressurized chamber, then horizontally across each tray. The air flow converges in the center, ensuring quick and consistent drying that is four times faster than other dehydrators. A sample seasoning and cure are included to help you get started on creating your own delicious jerky and fruit snacks for an active lifestyle.
