This dehydrator is equipped with four (13 1/2″ diameter) trays that can be expanded to up to 7 trays, allowing you to dry larger quantities of jerky without the need for tray rotation. If you need more trays, additional Add-A-Trays are available for purchase separately. The fixed temperature control eliminates the guesswork when it comes to finding the ideal drying temperature for making jerky.

With a powerful 400-watt motor, this dehydrator features a quiet yet powerful fan that forces heated air down the center chamber and across each individual tray for even and consistent drying. The clear top cover allows you to conveniently monitor the drying process without interrupting it. To help you get started, sample seasoning and cure packs are included with the dehydrator.
